whoa.. u may be wrong.. dude.. in US.. everyday. there's choppers flying to track down speeding cars.. with buncha highway patrols behind that car.. in the end.. the bad guy ALWAYS get cuahgt.cuz they kno that they have to give up.. there's not a chance that they'd get away. almost always. other times.. they crash.. =(.. either way is bad.. i rather eat tickets..
