	先想好大大您今年(或者三年後或者隨便一個期限)要幹麻 像是一年後想要拿到CFA的L1啦,或者12月份的TOEIC想考到800分 隨便啦,也不一定要多正式,反正你高興就好,就是學一樣東西 拿潛水執照也可以啊 就可以規劃每周該念多少書(或者一個程度範圍) 規劃一下想玩多大 一個月"真正"有規劃的出遊一次(一整天/兩天/三天不等),這樣比較不傷本 一個月看3部電影(或在家看影集),分攤下去一個週末一次 朋友也多少要自己連絡一下 每個小週末打電話或傳簡訊給一個半年或一年以上不見的朋友 (小的不是業務^_^",單純是因為畢業以後到現在很多同學朋友或前同事因為生活型態的改變而變生疏) 把自己擺在第一位 一個月看10本左右閒書(自己愛看的,跟工作或者學習沒關係的) 周五通常會熬夜,週六如果中午沒約,睡醒肯定就直接中餐了 不確定的因素 一個月4週最少總有一次或兩次朋友週末約吃飯吧 或者臨時約出遊/電視媒體部落格介紹的熱門景點或飲食 很多耶~~剛回到家,眼睛快睜不開了(😌隱形眼鏡戴太久不舒服) 週末真的要規劃一下 不然過了幾年之後發現,如果把中間幾年抽掉,頭跟尾仍舊相接,一切都沒有改變 (工作沒有改變/生活型態沒有改變/存款沒有改變.....) 時間真的會變成很恐怖的東西,那就真是歲月就真的不饒人了
